Quality


Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych S.A. has implemented and maintained the Quality Management System on a high level confirmed by the certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland, which ensures compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The strategic importance attached by FSO S.A. to quality can be illustrated by the fact of maintaining the Quality Management System’s conformity with the requirements of ISO standards starting from the first certification in December 1997 till the present. The last certificate dated May 4 2009 remains valid till March 12 2013.


Improvement of management systems has led to integration of the Quality Management System with the Environmental Management System for which the Factory also has the TÜV Rheinland certificate valid through March 2, 2011.


The activities of FSO S.A., according to the declaration in the QUALITY POLICY, aim at a Customer’s satisfaction by fulfilling his requirements by the products delivered. The ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY declares particular care for protection of natural environment and health of the society on all phases of the Company’s operations.


All the employees are involved in the quality programs realized in the Company. The result of such activities is the stable quality of our products confirmed both by systematic penalty point assessment of cars - Global Customer Audit – conducted under General Motors standards, and by local and foreign Customers.
