Service regulations
The site pages are intended for buyers of products and services of FSO S. A., 00-992 Warszawa, ul. Jagiellońska 88, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, and to persons interested in car industry.
They include or may include:
- providing commercial information about suppliers and cooperating entities in the sales and service network,
- redirecting to entities cooperating in the sales and / or service,
- access to the Supplier’s information databases on the products, spare parts, services, sales network and service network,
- gathering information about preferences on our products and services offered,
- providing and sending e-mail response to technical and / or marketing questions and transferring offers.
Information presented on the provider’s site is not a commercial offer.

All rights to the Service, including any graphics and layout of the Service and any of its elements are reserved. The Service and all its components are protected by law, in particular, the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (consolidated text Journal of Laws from 2000, No 80, item 904, as amended), the Act of 16 April 1993 on combating unfair competition (Journal of Laws from 1993 No 47, item 211, as amended) and the Act of 27 July 2001 on protection of databases (Journal of Laws from 2001 No 128, item 1402, as amended).
The Service use is allowed only to the extent of the so-called permitted use by the Service User, i.e. exclusively for private and noncommercial purposes, on the condition of non-violation of any rights under the law, in particular copyrights or protection of trademarks. Using the Service in any other way requires the conclusion of a written agreement with the Supplier.
Privacy Policy
Types of data processed:
- necessary data (such as: email address required for providing answers to users to their technical and/or marketing questions; first and last name, name, postal address, a contractor’s email address required for sending an offer and/or giving answers to questions),
- anonymous data (such as: preferences for products, services collected through surveys),
- technical-operational data, which describe the communication method in the world wide web ( such as: IP address, time of call, required URL, information on faults in obtaining the connection, information on the user’s browser),
Data protection:
- data are processed in computer systems with limited access in controlled objects.
Information on special threats and on functions and destination of the applied software
Data transferred in Internet:
- e-mail address, user’s data and contents of questions are transferred in plain text
Data and software installed on a user’s computer:
- cookies (very small text files) from the supplier’s server, which facilitate user’s work and do not pose a threat to privacy,
- a user may define, by browser settings, which cookies should be rejected and which should be accepted
Complaints
- any complaints should be made at the service provider’s address,
- the service provider will try to take into consideration a claim in accordance with the wishes of the recipient,
- the service provider is not responsible for the defects which are not his fault
