Press Shop has many years of experience in production of stamping parts for the automotive industry and for related industries.
Press Shop offers its production capacity to potential customers receiving various types of vehicle press panels and other panels, such as:
- - outer large and medium-size press panels,
- - inner large and medium-size press panels,
- - other press panels according to customers’ requirements.
We realize repairs and regular maintenance of stamping dies entrusted to us for production purposes.
We hire workers with high qualifications, and engineering-technical staff with a lot of experience gained during launch and production of press panels for passenger cars.
We make deep-drawing press panels from steel sheets of normal and high-strength steel, uncoated and zinc-coated by electro-galvanizing and hot-dip methods. We can make such press panels from laser welding tailored blanks of dissimilar thicknesses.
We offer also production of blanking panels on our blanking lines with the machine pressure of 400 and 500 tons, where the shape of blanks can be rectangular or trapezoidal with max. 30o angle, or blanks with other shapes of the following width:
- 350 - 1000 mm and thickness of 0.5 – 3.5 mm
- 350 - 2000 mm and thickness of 0.5 – 2.0 mm
- and length from 300 to 3800 mm.
The panels are measured on check-jigs and ZEISS measuring machines.
Logistics:
Press Shop is located near the Warszawa Praga railway junction and a crossroads of national motorways No 61 and 8 (the E67 international motorway).
There is a railway siding running into the Press Shop building, which allows delivery of steel coils and forwarding of ready-made press panels. Deliveries and shipments can be realized by trucks as well.
Near the blanking line, there is the steel coil warehouse.
On the premises of Press Shop, there are the press panel storage and the packing-forwarding area.
